Subscription & Billing

How do I track a workout?

Open the Train tab, add exercises, enter your sets, reps, and weight, then save your workout. Your history is automatically synced to the cloud.

How does the AI Form Coach work?

The Form Coach uses your camera to detect 33 body keypoints in real time. It analyzes joint angles and provides feedback on your exercise form. Position your phone so your full body is visible.

How do I scan a meal?

Go to the Health tab and tap "Calorie Counter". Take a photo of your meal, and AI will identify the food and estimate its nutritional content.

How does the AI Trainer generate programs?

The AI considers your workout history, fitness goals, available equipment, experience level, time constraints, and Apple Health data (sleep, heart rate, steps) to create a personalized weekly plan.

Can I save workouts as templates?

Yes. After completing a workout, you can save it as a template. Go to Train > Templates to view and load your saved workouts in one tap.

What exercises does the Form Coach support?

Currently supported: Squat, Deadlift, Bench Press, Overhead Press, Barbell Row, Bicep Curl, Lateral Raise, and Push-up. More exercises are being added.

Can I restore my purchases on a new device?

Yes. Go to Profile > Settings > Subscription and tap "Restore Purchases". Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID.

Why isn't Apple Health data showing?

Go to Settings > Health > Data Access > Athlete.ai and make sure all categories are enabled. HealthKit requires the native app build to function.

Is my data secure?

Yes. All data is stored in Google Firebase with authenticated access, transmitted over encrypted HTTPS/TLS connections. HealthKit data stays on your device. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
