Delete Your Account

We're sorry to see you go. Here's how to permanently delete your Athlete.ai account and all associated data.

How to request deletion

Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Delete Account". Please include the email address associated with your Athlete.ai account.

Request Account Deletion

What gets deleted

Upon account deletion, the following data will be permanently and irreversibly removed from our systems:

Your profile information (name, email, photo, fitness preferences)
All workout history and logs
Personal records and progress data
Body measurements
Meal logs and nutritional data
Weekly training plans and templates
Habit tracking history
App visit and streak data
Any uploaded profile photos

Timeline

Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of your request. You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete.

Important notes

Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. We cannot recover your data after deletion.
If you have an active premium subscription, please cancel it first in your Apple ID settings (Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions) to avoid future charges.
Data already shared with third-party services (e.g., Apple Health write-backs) is not affected by account deletion and should be managed directly through those services.
Cached exercise videos on your device can be cleared through your device's storage settings.
